Reporting to ATO

Note: The ATO recommends you complete this on an Annual Basis - but you do not send it to them.

2 You must have aTrustee Committee of at least 3 Committee Members of which a majority must be "responsible" people according to the ATO

The easiest way to achieve this is to have 3 people on the Committee, The treasurer, A Minister and a JP (or another minister)

3 The ATO must be advised when these people change
