1 MYOB    - quite expensive
              -  not easy to use
              +  is well known by accountants, bookkeepers and business people
              +  some Boards alrerady have experience in it
              +  it is a powerful system
              +  able to be tailored

2 Quicken + quite inexpensive
              +  Quite well known

3 Admin  + easy to use
  Bandit  +  very inexpensive
              + written for NFP organisations
               ? currently being tested by John Armour for suitability for Boards to use

4 eXCEL    + well known by most people
               - not very friendly
